Sweet Pickling Spice Blend

Ingredients

2 Cinnamon Sticks, broken
1 TB. mustard seeds
2 TSP. black peppercorns
1 TSP. whole cloves
1 TSP. whole allspice
1 TSP. juniper berries
1 TSP. whole mace - crumbled
1 TSP. dill seeds
4 dried bay leaves
1 small piece dried ginger

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and store in a airtight jar for up to 2 months.

Use to pickle any fruit or vegetable.
